The chic c-line T 4.9 LE is available from Carthago on Mercedes-Benz – Le Monde du Camping-Car

For the new season, the German marque stays true to its 2022 offering: while some A-classes benefit from some improvements, the main development comes on a profile. After the C-Tourer, the chic Sprinter-based c-line T 4.9 LE is now coming onto the market.

Carthago is consolidating its leading position in the premium motorhome market in Europe with a consistently high number of models (almost sixty). In 2023, the German manufacturer will stick with an offer that corresponds to the previous year.

A lowered Al-ko chassis

If the brand mainly produces integrals of more than 3.5 tons, it still offers low profiles. The latter are divided into two series: C-tourer T and Chic c-line T. There was the T 143 LE, the T 148 LE, the T 149 LE and the T 150 QB already lowered on the basis of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Al -ko, the T 4.9 LE is now available on the same chassis. A first for the Chic c-line T series.

longer and higher

This model, previously offered on the Fiat Ducato, is even more comfortable to drive and keeps the same layout, despite gaining a few centimeters in length (7.5 m) and height (2.94 m).

Big rooms

The large L-shaped living room with a wide side seat bench offers space for up to five guests. The XXL corner kitchen is very practical for cooking with a raised counter and a designer bar. Clever storage spaces also make it easier to access utensils and ingredients.

Maximum comfort

The combined bathroom offers a separate shower and dressing room thanks to sliding doors separating it from the bedroom and living room. In the rear part of the cell, two large single beds with a length of more than 2 m and sleeping extension ensure maximum comfort in the sleeping area.

Carthago DNA

What makes Carthago motorhomes special is the quality of workmanship and materials, but also the design and the atmosphere in the interior. This model stays true to the brand’s DNA. The dark wood furniture, the shiny ivory facades, the cream table and the upholstery give it a chic and warm character. The chic c-line T 4.9 LE presents itself on the outside in the usual Carthago design. This Mercedes-Benz model is distinguished by the platinum color of the bumpers and side skirts.
