Leclerc Inflation Shield: Extension and Dissatisfaction – Mag Eco.

With inflation threatening everyday purchasing power, to keep prices on the ground, Leclerc launched the Anti-Inflation Shield on May 04, 2022 at www.bouclieranti-inflation.leclerc, originally scheduled to expire on July 31, 2022. This operation has been postponed to December 04, 2022 to continue to help consumers maintain their purchasing power. To take advantage of the offer, simply download the list of the 230 products affected by Leclerc’s inflation shield at www.bouclieranti-inflation.leclerc. Then go to the nearest Leclerc store or drive through to do your shopping.

Since May 4, 2022, the brand Leclerc systematically compensates for any price increases of the 120 best-selling products on a daily basis with vouchers. This comes in the form of jackpots on shoppers’ loyalty cards. You will find 230 products by December 4th, 2022.
The products on the inflation shield list on www.bouclieranti-inflation.leclerc concern national brands as well as those of the brand and contain references such as:

  • Hygiene products and cleaning products
  • beverages
  • Fresh and early products (sausages, dairy products, fruit and vegetables, fish, ready meals, etc.)
  • grocery store
  • DIY, garden and pet shop
  • Back to school

Note that this operation is valid in all physical E.Leclerc points of sale, as well as on the brand’s drive, with the aim of always remaining the cheapest and limiting price increases. If you participate in this in your store, don’t forget to take advantage of other offers as well, such as B. Fuel at cost price at Leclerc as well as the game tour of our Leclerc regions.

How to benefit from the Leclerc anti-inflation shield on www.bouclieranti-inflation.leclerc?

An E.Leclerc loyalty card is required to take advantage of this offer. If you don’t already have one, claim yours now by registering for free on the brand’s website. Once you have your card in hand,

  • Please click on the “I’m using the good plan” banner below to access the offer page.
  • Consult the list of affected products and download them by clicking on the appropriate buttons.
  • Shop in your Leclerc store or online between May 4th and December 4th, 2022.
  • When you are about to pay for your purchase, present your E.Leclerc card at the checkout.
  • In the event of a price increase for the affected products (up to 5 identical products per household per day), you can redeem vouchers directly for E.Leclerc tickets.

Please note that E.Leclerc tickets can be combined on your loyalty card and are valid for 14 months from the date of receipt. If this period is exceeded, they will be automatically deleted.
You can use them for all your purchases in E.Leclerc centers. If the amount in your shopping cart is less than the total amount of your vouchers, there will be no change.

Why are some consumers dissatisfied with this protection against inflation?

We did not miss certain remarks on social networks regarding the inflation protection offered by the Leclerc brand. In fact, we see ridiculous discounts of pennies on receipts over €200.

In fact, Leclerc has compiled a list of 230 branded products that are most consumed in its stores. Also these products must be consumed on the more than 10,000 items that each store has on average. It is therefore not surprising that some consumers only see a very small prize pool on their loyalty card.
