Since unveiling the electric R5 concept and announcing its arrival in 2024, there’s no doubt that the Zoé will retire this year. The small difference in purchase between these two models would favor the R135 but the small R110 benefits from a flange to gain autonomy. According to our independent measurements, it’s just under 400 km in the city, around twenty more than the R135 version. It is also and above all almost 100 km more than the Mégane EV40 ! And all this with plenty of power. If your usage is limited to urban use, there is no doubt that a Zoe R110 is for you.

On the other hand, the Mégane E-Tech remains preferable for those who travel longer distances on a daily basis, between big cities and suburbs or even in rural areas. Because without shining in the city, The Mégane EV60, on the other hand, offers a good autonomy on road and highway, really surpassing the Zoé. Of course, the price goes up again, as the 60kWh variant of the Mégane asks at least €40,200 before premiums, but the investment also allows parts of the road to be tackled much more smoothly.

If you are looking for a small electric car for the city, The Zoé R110 stays in the game thanks to good autonomy in urban areas. So it’s preferable to a Mégane EV40 as long as we don’t fall for the latter’s digital universe, which has something for everyone. Conversely, if you are looking for a versatile electric vehicle capable of swallowing a few servings of fast lanes without melting autonomy at a glance, it’s the Mégane EV60 you need, which offers a good fifty kilometers more than either the Zoe or the Mégane EV40.
