Self-service rental

We might call this solution: healing evil with evil. Self-service rental has tarnished the image of electric scooters and self-service bike rentals.

However, it has advantages since it avoids the investment of a machine and its obsolescence. However, it is hoped that the service chosen will provide a minimum of vehicles and be based on a minimally functional application.

However ridden, these free-roaming scooters have tarnished the reputation of this machine, creating a constant fear among motorists, pedestrians, and probably animals if they could talk. Copyright: Jeremy FDIDA

What is mortal about this story is that we are told that there are alternatives to using the automobile. This is entirely true, but not for all applications. Then it is neither one nor the other. Marrying one of these vehicles does not mean divorcing the car. Whether you prefer to use the bike only when the weather is nice or the scooter from time to time is up to you. After all, the savings are real. That’s more than obvious. With a fixed travel time and, if the infrastructure is right, a hell of a lot of fun. But nothing gives you the comfort of a car, automatic air conditioning, level autonomous driving, isolation. However, if it can be comfortable to be in traffic.

From there, it’s up to you to make your decisions. But whatever your preference, it must not create guilt. However, and contrary to many popular beliefs, keep in mind that these electrical devices do not last forever. They wear out like their components. But even when you factor the price of the replacement into the equation, they’re still inexpensive. We are then told that it is not ecological. Certainly. But as initially announced, this article was written for economic reasons.
